12-Hour Dwelling Contractor Qualifier (Initial or Continuing Education) #21573

This course has been approved by the Wisconsin Dept. of Safety & Professional Services (Course ID #21573) for the following licenses:
♦ 12 hours of Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Initial Training
♦ 12 hours of Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Continuing Education
♦ 12 hours of UDC Construction Inspector Continuing Education

The course includes:
♦ Construction Standards (Chapter SPS 321 & 321 Commentary)
♦ Administration and Enforcement (Chapter SPS 320)

NOTE: Only a person currently holding a Dwelling Contractor Qualifier license, who works for a business with a Dwelling Contractor license, may pull building permits on one- or two- family dwellings. Also, pursuant to Wis. Stats. 101.96 (2)(a), a licensed installer is liable for all acts and omissions related to the installation of each individual who performs an installation under the licensed installer's general supervision.

Contractor licenses are issued through the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.
